We started NoTimeRx because most of the prescriptions Americans actually need — hair loss, skincare, sleep, sexual & reproductive health, eye drops, longevity therapies — are gated by a 30-day-out office visit, a $200 copay, and a 7-minute consult. The medicine is fine; the access is broken.

PHI-firewalled by design
Support staff cannot read your medical records. Only you and your assigned provider can. The Firestore rules and the patient portal enforce this in code, not just in policy.

Honest about what we don't do
We tell you when something is off-label. We list compounded therapies as compounded. When the right answer is "see someone in person," we route you to a partner clinic instead of pretending telehealth is enough.

NoTimeRx WORLD is our country-by-country international expansion — 14 launch markets currently on a waitlist. Compounded peptides and certain Rx categories stay U.S.-only because of FD&C Act §503A.
